All are welcome to Kongsvinger’s annual 4th of July celebration. It will be held at the Kongsvinger Parish Hall, rural Donnelly, on Thursday, the 4th of July with raising of the flag at 11:30 AM followed by a potluck dinner. Come celebrate with us!
